We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Your satisfaction is our priority—just like finding that perfect pair of Jeans or the must-have Hoodies & Sweatshirts for your collection.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
- Leggings (unless defective)
- Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Hair Accessories (unless defective)
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
How to Return or Exchange
- Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using our template below.
- Package Your Items: Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or your order number.
- Ship Your Return: Send your package to our returns center at: TrendAura Returns

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item once we receive your return.
International Customers: Return shipping costs and any customs fees are your responsibility. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement—just like waiting for that perfect pair of Jeans to restock!
Exchange Process
Prefer a different size or color of those must-have Hoodies & Sweatshirts? Here’s how exchanges work:
- Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you’d like an exchange and specifying the new item/size.
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking when your exchange ships.
- If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.
