How can I track my order?
Once your Hoodies, Jeans, or other fashion pieces ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Follow your package’s journey from our Hadley studio to your wardrobe.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Our Fashion Freedom Guarantee allows easy returns within 15 days of delivery. Because confidence should come as standard with every TrendAura piece. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number and return request. We’ll guide you through the process. Returns are processed at our Hadley headquarters (8 Kozera Avenue, Hadley, US 01035).
Are all items eligible for return?
For hygiene reasons, some items like Hair Accessories and Jewelry may have different return conditions. Final sale items will be marked as non-returnable.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Like waiting for our Cold Weather Accessories in summer, refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
